There are two ways of making suka from coconut.
There are two ways to make vinegar from coconut. One is by using the coconut sap or locally know as suka ng tuba and another is by using the coconut water.
Chef Impling’s Suka is fermented organically by using the Coconut water. We use “mother vinegar” to ferment our Suka and this creates the white and cloudy pungent acidic taste of our Suka.
Not only is it used during main courses but also in Snacks and Desserts.
