Chef Impling is a respected native delicacy brand that is well known in Catanduanes for its LATIK (rice cake in caramelized coconut).

We are one of the Elite standards when it comes to producing quality and tasteful LATIK having started in 1997 and had been soaring since.  Thanks to you, our loyal patronizers, it is now the staple native delicacy during special occasions, barrio fiestas and favorite pasalubong in the entire Catanduanes.

We are hands-on in preparing LATIK (rice cakes) to ensure that each customer would get quality LATIK.

Chef Impling wakes up at about 3 in the morning to personally start preparing quality rice cakes together with his six employees.  The shelf-life and freshness is upheld by making sure that the rice grains (malagkit) are thoroughly cleaned.  The incorporation of malunggay extract in our latik is vital for its nutritional qualities and preservation.

Chef Impling’s policy is to satisfy their customers.  We make sure that we never run out of LATIK so we operate in a daily basis whole year round.  But we also make sure that we do not over-produce since the estimated shelf life of LATIK is up to five days without refrigeration.
