Chef Impling’s passion for food and culture paved the way to his perfected Latik recipe and became one of the favorite pasalubong in Catanduanes.

Here in our kitchen, we defy the millennials-instant-gratification point of view.  We bring you back to valuing a slow-steady, respected and aspirational process, to create perfection and excellence.

The making of our delectable Latik takes at least 6 hours in total to produce quality and fresh Latik. From the careful preparation of the glutinous rice (our main ingredient) to the meticulous cutting and sorting of the banana leaves to be used to wrap the latik to the 4hr cooking of the latik and to the cooling and packaging station.  It’s a journey back to our traditions and culture and the end product is our palette satisfying treat!
